五星好評(píng)對(duì)于產(chǎn)品來說,可謂是重中之重,它既能讓消費(fèi)者在瀏覽頁面的時(shí)候相信賣家的信譽(yù)和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,也能夠讓猶豫不決的潛在客戶產(chǎn)生從重的心理,更重要的是它還能影響產(chǎn)品的排名。

但是,一般情況下,買家給予商品的留評(píng)率非常低,甚至有的賣家產(chǎn)品留評(píng)率低于1%的都有。因此,很多賣家就會(huì)嘗試以購買留評(píng)的途徑去快速大量地增加評(píng)論。

索評(píng)郵件

索評(píng)郵件其實(shí)就是在用戶進(jìn)行下單購買之后的郵件跟蹤,給用戶提供附加價(jià)值的操作,包括給用戶提供產(chǎn)品購買信息,客服服務(wù)支持,產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的使用說明,或者其他的相關(guān)信息能夠幫助用戶解決問題。

但要注意,賣家們不要給用戶濫發(fā)無用的信息,亞馬遜對(duì)所有的郵件都有進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,如果違反了規(guī)則,亞馬遜可能會(huì)封掉你的郵件索評(píng)功能。

站外促銷

除了索評(píng)郵件外,大家還可以利用站外促銷進(jìn)行引流,不僅可以快速增加產(chǎn)品的銷量,還能獲得評(píng)論的累積。

但是,做站外促銷也是有講究的。一般情況下,大家常規(guī)的做法都是設(shè)置 Code,然后分享鏈接到社交平臺(tái),將流量導(dǎo)入產(chǎn)品 Listing 詳情頁面。

這個(gè)做法其實(shí)不太合理:

其一,這會(huì)導(dǎo)致大量無效的流量(只看卻不購買)比例的增加,降低你的轉(zhuǎn)化率。即便你從中獲得了想要的評(píng)論,但要知道,亞馬遜是非??粗剞D(zhuǎn)化率的,轉(zhuǎn)化率降低,產(chǎn)品的排名也會(huì)波及。而且,現(xiàn)在貌似 Code 設(shè)置超過30% 以上,買家留的評(píng)不僅沒什么權(quán)重,可能VP認(rèn)證都沒有,所以需要慎重。

其二,大量買家的涌入可能會(huì)造成瘋狂下單的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致庫存被賣光,后續(xù)補(bǔ)貨卻跟不上,結(jié)果不但蒙受了銷售損失,也會(huì)因?yàn)閹齑鎲栴}導(dǎo)致 Listing 排名下降。
