亞馬遜客戶買(mǎi)了18臺(tái)平板電腦,全部安裝了app,現(xiàn)在想要退貨?

前段時(shí)間有個(gè)客戶下了一個(gè)大訂單,他總共買(mǎi)了18臺(tái)平板電腦(價(jià)格在$1000左右),我用expedited delivery(特快專遞)把貨發(fā)給他。沒(méi)過(guò)幾天,他就發(fā)信息跟我說(shuō)想把這些平板電腦退給我,因?yàn)橐呀?jīng)不需要它們了。但問(wèn)題是他已經(jīng)拆開(kāi)了全部電腦的包裝,把它們都拿出來(lái)用了,還在電腦上安裝了一些app。。。
我去看了一下亞馬遜關(guān)于computers/laptops的政策,里面有提到:“? New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.”(個(gè)人賣(mài)家的退貨政策適用于那些向市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)商購(gòu)買(mǎi)的,新的、用過(guò)的、以及翻新的產(chǎn)品)
現(xiàn)在我該怎么處理這件事呢?大家有什么好的建議??

你要讓買(mǎi)家知道,他退回來(lái)的產(chǎn)品condition如果和發(fā)貨時(shí)的不一樣(發(fā)貨時(shí)是新的、包裝未拆開(kāi)的;退回來(lái)是用過(guò)的、包裝被拆開(kāi)了),那根據(jù)亞馬遜的政策,賣(mài)家可以向買(mǎi)家收取restocking fee(多達(dá)50%)

他是在購(gòu)買(mǎi)的30天內(nèi)要求退貨的?是的話,你要接受退貨。如果是他反悔不想要了(no longer needed),你可以讓他付退回來(lái)的運(yùn)費(fèi)。我是覺(jué)得為了快遞能安全送達(dá)(畢竟商品價(jià)格這么高),你可以要求signature confirmation的服務(wù)

樓主,根據(jù)亞馬遜政策,你可以收取50%的restocking fee:
“Up to 50% of item's price:The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.”

補(bǔ)充一下,你在收restocking fee前,先跟買(mǎi)家解釋一下為什么沒(méi)有把全部的錢(qián)退給他。買(mǎi)家可能會(huì)覺(jué)得不公平,抱怨你收得太多了,然后去申請(qǐng)AZ。你不用太擔(dān)心,把事情說(shuō)清楚就好了,畢竟你是按著亞馬遜的政策來(lái)處理的

小心一點(diǎn),這么多臺(tái)電腦,萬(wàn)一買(mǎi)家退貨的時(shí)候把哪臺(tái)給遺漏了,那就不好了。收到貨后你才能知道condition到底是怎樣的,這時(shí)候再通知買(mǎi)家restocking fee怎么收取。要注意,你一定要有自己的退貨政策才行

樓主,你應(yīng)該有把這些電腦的serial number(出廠序號(hào))記錄下來(lái)吧?這樣一來(lái)你就知道他退回來(lái)的電腦是不是你的了
,亞馬遜不同的貨物用的是不同的退貨流程,甚至還有免退的貨物。
