最近一段時(shí)間,亞馬遜為打擊虛假評(píng)論,頻頻出手,很多新手賣家都是有苦不能言。刷單,花錢買流量顯然在亞馬遜上已經(jīng)行不通了。雖然還是可以進(jìn)行一下站內(nèi)站外引流,做做cpc廣告啥的,但是也難為住了不少亞馬遜賣家。

我覺(jué)著吸引新客戶固然重要,但是我們其實(shí)可以逆向思維一下,在老客戶身上費(fèi)點(diǎn)心思會(huì)不會(huì)比新客戶的效果更好呢?畢竟,老客戶才是最精準(zhǔn)的核心購(gòu)買群體,不要忘了,亞馬遜本身光Prime會(huì)員就有6500萬(wàn)人,消費(fèi)群體龐大,再加上一些非會(huì)員客戶,何愁沒(méi)流量?只要你不是來(lái)亞馬遜打醬油的,那就要在引流老客戶上多下點(diǎn)功夫,首先郵件是最好的溝通手段。

亞馬遜老客戶郵件,你們知道要怎么發(fā)嗎?畢竟老客戶才是真正維護(hù)亞馬遜店鋪之本,他們要是沒(méi)了,可不是舊的不去新的不來(lái),而是新老客戶集體都失去,損失慘重啊。因此,維護(hù)亞馬遜老客戶成為至關(guān)重要的事情。是時(shí)候發(fā)郵件,維系一下顧客跟賣家的感情了。

1.如何找出老客戶的郵箱信息

一般情況下,發(fā)FBA的賣家可以到report — fulfillment — amazon fulfilled shipments查找,里面就有你想要的亞馬遜老客戶的郵箱。

Prime買家是亞馬遜平臺(tái)最忠實(shí)且最活躍的買家,通過(guò)此維度來(lái)對(duì)賣家進(jìn)行分類,至少在聯(lián)系對(duì)方的時(shí)候都可以專門的指出對(duì)方是Prime Member所以特此聯(lián)系xxx。

email標(biāo)題就是客戶的真實(shí)公司名稱,看不出貓膩

發(fā)件人郵箱地址是客戶郵箱地址,沒(méi)毛病。(騙子用的代發(fā)email工具將發(fā)件人地址改成客戶的,David這里就不介紹此類代發(fā)email工具了)

附件格式——pdf.gz (非常規(guī)文件格式,開(kāi)始懷疑)

首先要注意的就是 "對(duì)象"

1. 自己品牌名稱---- A
? ? ( 授權(quán)之 ?品牌名稱 或是 已注冊(cè)之品牌名稱 )

2. 對(duì)方(賣家) 品牌名稱---- B
? ? ( 您要投訴之 ?對(duì)象名稱 或是 品牌名稱 )

It has come to our attention that “ B ” is using the " A " trademark without license or prior written authorization from " A ".?

" A " holds federal trademark registrations in the United States. So ?“ B ” listings violate " A " trademark and intellectual property rights. You are also in breach of Amazon’s Participation Agreement.

Therefore, we demand that you immediately remove all listings on Amazon.com in which “ B ”utilizes our trademarks and images protected by copyright.

首先,分析下我收到的這封email:

email標(biāo)題就是客戶的真實(shí)公司名稱,看不出貓膩

發(fā)件人郵箱地址是客戶郵箱地址,沒(méi)毛病。(騙子用的代發(fā)email工具將發(fā)件人地址改成客戶的,David這里就不介紹此類代發(fā)email工具了)

附件格式——pdf.gz (非常規(guī)文件格式,開(kāi)始懷疑)

首先要注意的就是 "對(duì)象"

1. 自己品牌名稱---- A

2. 對(duì)方(賣家) 品牌名稱---- B
? ? ( 您要投訴之 ?對(duì)象名稱 或是 品牌名稱 )

It has come to our attention that “ B ” is using the " A " trademark without license or prior written authorization from " A ".?

" A " holds federal trademark registrations in the United States. So ?“ B ” listings violate " A " trademark and intellectual property rights. You are also in breach of Amazon’s Participation Agreement.

Therefore, we demand that you immediately remove all listings on Amazon.com in which “ B ”utilizes our trademarks and images protected by copyright.
