有件FBA產(chǎn)品變成“unfulfillable”,原因是“Customer Damage”,請問我能拿到賠償嗎?
上周收到一個退貨,是FBA的,現(xiàn)在它變成“unfulfillable”產(chǎn)品了,原因是“Damaged by Customer”(客戶損壞),我想問下,亞馬遜會賠償我嗎?之前有個退貨是“damaged by the warehouse”,亞馬遜就有賠償,不知道這回有沒有。
