亞馬遜美國(guó)站賬號(hào)恢復(fù)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)辦法

第一種情況：

  這種情況，你需要傳真以下資料：

  資料傳真成功后，亞馬遜審核團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)給你發(fā)一封郵件，告訴你他們已經(jīng)收到了傳真資料。一般情況下，當(dāng)他們收到傳真后，沒(méi)問(wèn)題會(huì)直接解封你的帳號(hào)。

  但如果傳了傳真資料后，帳號(hào)還沒(méi)有解封，還是沒(méi)有銷(xiāo)售權(quán)的話，那賣(mài)家就需要聯(lián)系自己的招商經(jīng)理，或者是發(fā)郵件到seller-confirmation@amazon.com進(jìn)行申訴，陳述自己賣(mài)什么產(chǎn)品、公司背景、注冊(cè)完后已經(jīng)按要求提交審核資料、已發(fā)送傳真等信息，要求恢復(fù)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)限。

 第2種情況：依舊是銷(xiāo)售權(quán)被限消

 如果你的后臺(tái)有小紅旗提供已取肖你的銷(xiāo)售權(quán)限，但你收到的不是以上所提到的郵件，那應(yīng)該會(huì)收到以下郵件內(nèi)容：

 We reviewed your account and determined that you may no longer sell on

 Amazon.com. Your listings have been removed from our site. This decision was partly made due to our inability to verify information provided for or related to your seller account. This information includes but is not limited to selling history and listings...

 收到這種郵件后，你需要發(fā)申訴信給審核團(tuán)隊(duì)，說(shuō)明自己公司是第一次做亞馬遜的，是新賣(mài)家，注冊(cè)的資料都是干凈的，也已經(jīng)通過(guò)了資質(zhì)審核（賣(mài)家身份信息驗(yàn)證），但不知道什么原因取消了銷(xiāo)售權(quán)，現(xiàn)申請(qǐng)恢復(fù)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)等。大意如此。具體的賣(mài)家可以自己組織一下語(yǔ)言，然后寫(xiě)郵件進(jìn)行申訴。當(dāng)你的郵件發(fā)出去之后，審核團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)回復(fù)你一封郵件，如下：

  這封郵件有8個(gè)小問(wèn)題，從不同的角度驗(yàn)證、審核賣(mài)家的資質(zhì)和信息，這需要賣(mài)家很仔細(xì)回答，并要求提交發(fā)票、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照作為附件驗(yàn)證。很多賣(mài)家回復(fù)了這個(gè)郵件后亞馬遜并沒(méi)有恢復(fù)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)。那可能是因?yàn)橘u(mài)家回得不夠詳細(xì)，令審核團(tuán)隊(duì)無(wú)法驗(yàn)證審核你的信息資料，這種情況之下，賣(mài)家需要再次修改答案，重新發(fā)郵件給seller-performance@amazon.com進(jìn)行申訴。

二、申請(qǐng)恢復(fù)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)原則

 總的來(lái)講，如果你的北美站新帳號(hào)沒(méi)有銷(xiāo)售權(quán)，那么你的開(kāi)店流程就變成了：預(yù)登記-注冊(cè)-資質(zhì)審核-恢復(fù)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)。很多賣(mài)家就是卡在了銷(xiāo)售權(quán)這個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)上。給審核團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)了很多次郵件，可是要么是沒(méi)回應(yīng)，要么是直接拒絕不給銷(xiāo)售權(quán)。這種情況我們建議多發(fā)幾次郵件。這個(gè)申訴是沒(méi)有時(shí)間限制的。

  關(guān)于新帳號(hào)銷(xiāo)售權(quán)恢復(fù)這一方面，我們有咨詢過(guò)資深招商經(jīng)理，招商經(jīng)理給的建議是，因?yàn)槊總€(gè)賣(mài)家的情況都不一樣，所以并沒(méi)有申訴模版提供（也建議大家不要弄模版）。申訴的時(shí)候要抓住一個(gè)基本原則，那就是：如果賣(mài)家認(rèn)為自己沒(méi)有關(guān)聯(lián)，沒(méi)有侵權(quán)，沒(méi)有亂上傳產(chǎn)品這些問(wèn)題，就可以發(fā)郵件給亞馬遜審核團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行申訴，基本上經(jīng)過(guò)申訴都能拿回銷(xiāo)售權(quán)。
