FBA訂單買(mǎi)家沒(méi)收到退款,就威脅說(shuō)要舉報(bào)我

有一單FBA的,買(mǎi)家說(shuō)退貨了,可是沒(méi)收到退的錢(qián)。我去看了下,確實(shí)沒(méi)退,叫她點(diǎn)“退貨”、聯(lián)系亞馬遜,就可以拿到退款。
她說(shuō)客服讓她聯(lián)系我,還有如果我不退錢(qián),她就去舉報(bào)。那應(yīng)該由我來(lái)退么?

不用你退啊。這是FBA訂單,是亞馬遜在處理、在發(fā)貨。應(yīng)該讓她自己聯(lián)系客服(而且訂單是FBA的,所以他去開(kāi)AZ的話,對(duì)你沒(méi)有影響)。
