如何引導(dǎo)買家修改亞馬遜評(píng)論(Product Reviews)


Product Reviews 沒有時(shí)間限制,隨時(shí)可以修改,賣家們都相信移除1個(gè)差評(píng)勝過20個(gè)好評(píng)。

1、先請(qǐng)買家進(jìn)入 "Your Account"?
2、請(qǐng)買家點(diǎn)擊"Product Reviews Written by You"

3、接下來,就可以看到買家之前留下過的評(píng)論了,你可以禮貌的請(qǐng)買家修改成五星(Edit Review),或者請(qǐng)他移除差評(píng)(Delete Review) 。退款、換貨,或賠償,你總是有辦法的,就算是給賣家一次改過自新的機(jī)會(huì)吧。

4、如果再快一點(diǎn)的話,直接用鏈接打開這條對(duì)應(yīng)的評(píng)論,這個(gè)鏈接可以在SellingExpress軟件的Review模塊中找到,打開后直接就可以修改了。
