今天說(shuō)的這款床單固定帶，有市場(chǎng)需求，也有一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)（同行紛紛上架類似款的床單固定帶），例如下面這款床單固定帶，就是最近上架的：

我擔(dān)心的就是，這類工作方式的床單固定帶，已經(jīng)存在了在先的美國(guó)發(fā)明專利，后面越來(lái)越多人銷售這個(gè)工作方式的產(chǎn)品的話，我擔(dān)心會(huì)被一次性割韭菜........

簡(jiǎn)單概況該發(fā)明專利的主要技術(shù)方案就是：固定帶的一端固定于一個(gè)環(huán)上，另一端帶夾子，夾緊床單，然后整體壓于床底，以固定住床單不從床墊上滑落。

為什么還沒(méi)有開(kāi)始維權(quán)，我想有3個(gè)主要原因：

1、專利權(quán)人沒(méi)有能力進(jìn)行維權(quán)操作，或聘不起維權(quán)律師；

2、市面上銷售的類似工作原理的床單固定帶進(jìn)行了規(guī)避設(shè)計(jì)，并不是一模一樣，不構(gòu)成侵權(quán)；

3、等著一次性收割吧？
